ことばクラブ りてらこや へ ようこそ
KOTOBA Club Literakoya is
registered as a community club activity organization in Niigata City in August 2024. The main purpose of this club is for junior high school students whose mother tongue is not Japanese to get together after school to study Japanese and take supplementary lessons in their subjects, while deepening exchanges and acquiring higher language communication skills. Junior high school students whose native language is Japanese are also welcome to participate.
ことばクラブ りてらこや は
2024年8月に新潟市の地域クラブ活動団体として登録されました。本クラブでは、主に日本語が母語でない生徒が放課後集まって、互いの得意な言語を活かして、相互に日本語や教科を学び合うことを通じて、言語スキルを高め、相互交流を深めることを目的としています。ただし、日本語が母語の生徒の参加も可能です。学力向上が目的ではなく、ボランティア精神で互いに学び合う姿勢をもって、異文化コミュニケーションやソーシャルスキルの向上を目指す生徒の参加を歓迎します。
Requests for Parents and Guardians
☆In our club, there are many students from diverse backgrounds. Sometimes, conflicts arise due to cultural differences among students. Of course, our staff will do their best to prevent such conflicts, but misunderstandings can still occur. I hope you can help your children, and please don't hesitate to let us know if they feel uncomfortable at the club.
☆Learning to read and write in Japanese is extremely difficult. Please encourage your children to learn Japanese, even if they can speak it fluently. Learning daily conversation and mastering school subjects in Japanese are totally different. Don't expect your children's grades to improve immediately, but praise them a lot if their scores go up even a little, if they learn even one Kanji character, or if they make even one friend.
日本語母語の生徒の保護者の方へ
☆このクラブには、多様な文化的背景を持つ生徒が集まっています。日本語のあまり得意でない生徒もいます。そのせいで、学校の他の教科の勉強が遅れてしまっている生徒もいます。その場合は、他の学年の勉強をすることもありますのが、そっとしておいてくださるよう、お子さんにお伝えください。また、日本語の発音を笑うことは、日本語話者が英語をしゃべって笑われるのと同じで、とても嫌な気分になるだけでなく、学習意欲がなくなります。指導者も注意しますが、ご家庭でも是非、お話しください。
☆このクラブでは、指導者が生徒に教えるだけでなく、生徒間での学び合いも行います。指導者が全員に同じだけ指導できないこともありますし、教えることが多い生徒もいれば、習うことが多い生徒もいます。それでも、私は、場を共有することに価値があると考えていますので、会費は一律です。ご理解いただけますよう、お願い申し上げます。
